Services may be provided in the healthcare facility as well as by other health care providers who may separately bill the patient and that such health care providers may or may not participate with the same health insurers or HMO’s as the facility.
After surgery, Surgery Center at Flagstaff Bone & Joint will submit your bill to your insurance company. You will receive a separate bill from your doctor, anesthesiologist and/or pathologist.
