Todd Ludwig, M.D.

Dr. Todd Ludwig is a fellowship-trained sports medicine surgeon who offers nonoperative and operative sports medicine treatment options for the hip, knee, and shoulder. As an expert in the latest and most advanced techniques, Dr. Ludwig specializes in minimally invasive surgery and incorporates joint decision-making to get his patients back on their feet.

Dr. Ludwig earned his bachelor’s degree in preprofessional studies from the University of Notre Dame. After completing a Master of Science degree in biomedical studies from The University of Toledo in Ohio, he finished his Doctor of Medicine degree at The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. Dr. Ludwig underwent an orthopaedic surgery residency at The University of Utah and then committed to an additional year of extensive fellowship training in sports medicine at The University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. He joined Flagstaff Bone & Joint in 2022.

When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Ludwig enjoys traveling, skiing, scuba diving, playing golf, and hiking as well as craft beer and Notre Dame football.
